2 Reilly Road, Cedarhurst, NY which is a continuation of a prior hearing held on August 4, 2021 for the following:

Proposed action by the Village of Cedarhurst to amend the Village Code and the Village building zone map to establish an overlay zoning district for incentivized development in exchange for the provision of physical, social or cultural benefits or amenities to the Village.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all interested persons will have an opportunity to be heard at said hearing.
