The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) has unveiled its plan for reviewing the Midtown Congestion Pricing program, also known as the Central Business District Tolling structure.
Starting on December 27, 2023, and continuing until March 11, 2024, the public can provide comments through various means, including online, email, mail, phone, and fax.

Additionally, the MTA will host four public hearings from February 29 to March 4, allowing participants to speak either in person or remotely via Zoom or telephone. Registration is required.
Hearing Dates and Times:
- Feb. 29 at 6:00 p.m.
- March 1 at 10:00 a.m.
- March 4 at 10:00 a.m.
- March 4 at 6:00 p.m.
If you wish to speak at one of the hearings, you must pre-register in advance through one of three options: online registration, calling the Public Hearing Hotline at (646) 252-6777, or registering in person. Registration will open one week prior to each hearing’s start time and will close 30 minutes after the hearing begins. Each speaker will be given a two-minute speaking slot. The hearings will be conducted in person at the William J. Ronan 20th Floor Board Room, located at 2 Broadway, New York, NY 10004. Alternatively, individuals may also register to participate remotely via Zoom or telephone.
