Cedarhurst’s business district is looking very sharp! Central and Cedarhurst Avenues and some adjoining roads have been completely repaved from curb-to-curb with new striping. All of this was accomplished over the Passover-Easter week, when the business areas of the Village were at their quietest, to minimize the impact on our shops, shoppers and residents.
“The safety and improvement of our Village is a priority for me and the Board of Trustees. We will continue to improve our roads and infrastructure within the constraints of efficient financial management of the Village’s resources” said Mayor Benjamin Weinstock. “We are already planning the next round of additional paving and drainage improvements.”
